Wedding Party

Meet our loved ones who'll stand by our sides come December 6th :)

Hayley Payne

Maid of Honor

Hayley and I met through The Porch, a young adults ministry after we graduated from college. Years later, when I was moving back to Tulsa from Oregon, she offered to let me move in and be roommates! That was a special, sweet season of living together with many movie nights, life talks, game nights, dog cuddles, trips, and volleyball. In fact, it was Hayley that invited me to Parkview volleyball nights, which is where Philip and I first met! Thanks for that Hayley Michelle:) She was also the first to know about Philip asking me out, to which she jumped up and down with me sharing the excitement, knowing I had a crush on him. Hayley is such a kind, sweet friend who is always there to provide a listening ear and I am so thankful for her!

Tricia Bowles

Bridesmaid

My oldest sister! I forget that we are seven years apart, but yet that's never gotten in the way of our relationship. I'm glad we're past the days of you throwing me around/pinning me to the floor and onto better things like drinking coffee and quoting quality content with cringe humor that makes our parents wince like What About Bob and The Office. You teach me to give myself more grace and to have perseverance when it comes to pursuing our career goals, both of which are very valuable and crucial to have. Someday we will find another race to do together that works for both of our schedules haha, can't wait! Love ya Pataco!

Kaylie Stone

Bridesmaid

Kaylie and Hailey T are my pledge sisters from our sorority Theta at TU. Entering college I was very anxious about making meaningful friendships but wow God more than delivered in the gift of these two in my life <3 Kaylie and I came from a similar background (Christian school upbringing) and bonded over a struggle to adjust to college life. I credit Kaylie's goofiness and joy influencing me in learning how to truly smile for pictures (pre-college pictures of me are ROUGH lol) which I have so much gratitude for! Kaylie never fails to make me laugh and she defines loyalty by how intentional she is about checking in with others.

Anna Wackenhuth

Bridesmaid

My sister, Anna Banana! It feels like yesterday we were taking goofy pictures and making home tapes of acting (and jamming) out to High School Musical, SNL, The Preacher's Wife- the good ole days! I've always admired your hard work ethic; in all that you do, you whole-heartedly put in everything you got. Thank you for encouraging me to try new things and for believing in my long-held artistic goals, it means so much to me. Love you sister! I loved watching you and Tricia get married to wonderful men and I am excited for you both to be by my side on Philip and I's wedding day! <3

Hailey Tarbell

Bridesmaid

Hailey/Hairi/Hails! She and Kaylie brought me out of my shell at a pivotal point in my life when I was in great need of a fresh start. My life would look very different not knowing them! Hailey radiates joy and is such a kind light to everyone around her; she is truly gifted with the ability to comfort others with encouragement and spiritual wisdom. And we also share a lot of laughter together! Any time spent with her is like taking a deep breath and knowing it will all be ok. Everyone needs a friend like Hailey! <3

Luke Wittenbach

Best Man

Luke and I met during our college days! It was the first week of college for him, and the music minister from my church spoke at a campus ministry that he attended. Luke decided to check out that music minister's church, and as he was being introduced to the other members of the college class, we recognized each other as being in the same Calculus class! What are the chances! So then I had a buddy who went to the same church, had a few of the same classes, and had similar interests as me. After college, Luke and I took two very memorable international trips - featuring underground waterfall climbing, bungee jumping, samurai training, and bike riding through historical cityscapes.

Weston Kightlinger

Groomsman

Weston and I met in our first week of college -- we were in the TU Band together! We also had the same major, a similar sense of humor, shared quite a few elective clubs/electives, and had many of the same friends. We were roommates in college for two years -- a great time! We both love the outdoors -- and we were lucky enough to take a trip to climb up Half Dome via the cables in Yosemite National Park one summer.

Daniel Goree

Groomsman

I've known Daniel since he was a wee lad. We are cousins! It's been a joy to know Daniel through the years -- we both connected first through our mutual love of music and then years later we enjoyed sharing the challenges of our technical lifestyles. I have loved watching where life has taken Daniel, and am honored to have him be a part of our special day!

Kevin Goree

Groomsman

My boy Kevin is my brother! So, we go back a ways. Kevin has been my roommate for the past couple years, and we always enjoy making obscure references from our childhood which of course no one else would understand. That's one of my favorite things! Kevin is extremely clever -- intelligent puns come very naturally to him. I'm excited to have him celebrate with us!

Aaron Goree

Groomsman

Say hello to the younger, but taller, Goree brother! I've also known Aaron for some time. I've enjoyed seeing Aaron grow from struggling to get a word in on conversations when we were younger (that's just how it goes when there's 4 kids!) to being a very compelling storyteller. It's also satisfying to see how Aaron has come to use his skills and time to teach and serve others.

For all the days along the way
