Chairlift Information
Our ceremony will take place on the top of the mountain. The cocktail hour and reception will take place at the base of the mountain. We will be using a chairlift to get to and from the top of the mountain. It is about a 10 minute ride in each direction. Everyone will need to be able to sit down and stand up independently in order to use it. So you cannot hold a child on your lap. Children must be at least 3 years old and meet height requirements of at least 36 inches. Staff members will assist guests getting on and off the lift. The lift can come to a full stop as needed. If you do not want to or are unable to take the chairlift, then unfortunately you will not be able to attend the ceremony. We will provide a link to watch the ceremony live.

This is hotel is a part of the Hunter Mountain Resort, and a short walk to our ceremony and reception location. Every room has a pull-out couch. We have a discount code available for 20% off. Hours of Operation Monday - Friday 10 am - 8 pm EST, Saturday & Sunday 11 am - 7:30 pm EST. They can check availability, rates and make reservations. Note: you are able to reserve only one night by calling rather than making the reservation online. There may also be more rooms available that you can access by calling.

Transportation
Our ceremony and reception will both be within Hunter Mountain Resort where there is also lodging available. If you choose to stay at a different hotel, then you will be responsible for your own transportation.
