FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kayla Oster and Philip Francisco
Question

What about young children?

Answer

Our ceremony will be on the summit of the mountain. We will get there using a chairlift. Everyone will need to be able to sit down and stand up independently in order to use it. So you cannot hold a child on your lap. Children must be at least 3 years old and meet height requirements of at least 36 inches. Staff members will assist guests getting on and off the lift. The lift can come to a full stop as needed. We may be getting childcare at the venue hotel during the ceremony. Please email or text us to let us know if you would like to utilize the childcare! Also, we cannot promise the music during the reception will be 100% clean.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place in an air-conditioned, indoor space at the base of the mountain.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We will specify all invited guests in your invitation. But please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Hunter Mountain offers ample self-parking with optional valet parking available.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks will be on us, but feel free to bring cash to tip our bartenders!

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We do ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony, as we'd like that time to be completely unplugged. Other than that, you're free to photograph and post to your heart's content! #kaylaphil2026
