We're Getting Married!

We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding day with you on Sunday, August 10th in the city we call home! We know for many this will mean a cross-country journey and we are so grateful for the effort you are making to join us. Philip and I met pandemic-style—online! Our first date began as a low-stakes neighborhood walk and took its sweet time unfolding into a full-day vibe: the walk became a picnic in Dolores Park, then morphed into a spontaneous dinner and ended with a stroll. It was clear the two of us were tapping into something special. A couple of playlist exchanges later, we were in-deep and navigating an oakland - sf medium distance relationship, grad school, career switch-ups, and taking on a bunch of new hobbies. We eventually found our groove on York St. and then Morty, the lil pup of our dreams, joined the crew. Thank goodness. Between gut-checks, conversations with our beloveds and our own relationship check-ins, we knew we'd set forth something effortlessly joyful, deeply nourishing and endlessly fun. We make each other laugh, we make each other meals and, now, we make each other family.
