Question

Answer

Same place as the Ceremony

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is two lots for parking

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Cocktail Hour begins at 4:30pm. The ceremony starts at 5:30pm. Please try to arrive by 5:15pm at the latest, to ensure yourself a libation before the ceremony starts. Once the Ceremony begins, the bar will temporarily be shut down until the buffet opens approximately at 6. You'll be told when. Reception is 6-10pm.

Question

What Is Dress Code?

Answer

This is a Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire for the Occasion, Ties are Optional. Our Groomsmen will be in suits and the Bridesmaids will be in long dresses but shorter dresses are welcome as well. Feel free to remove jackets, roll up sleeves, and undo the top button once our ceremony is done. LADIES, I do not recommend any shoe with a pointy or spiky heel. I would stick to a ballet flat or wedge for optimal comfort due to the dirt terrain.

Question

How is the weather in November?

Answer

It is typically, low-mid 70's during the day and can drop down to the 60's at night. We recommend checking, because it can be colder or hotter at that time of year. It varies in the fall and spring months, if you are traveling from out of town pack for both types of weather. Be prepared for being primarily outdoors the whole evening. Ladies, bring a shawl or pashmina just in case.

Question

How Will The Seating Work For The Ceremony And Reception?

Answer

We will have seating for everyone at the ceremony and it will be open seating we prefer everyone to sit wherever and by whom ever, there will be no bride and groom side. The Reception will have open seating except for two family tables and those will be labeled for our immediate family.

Question

Will there be Food and Drinks?

Answer

Yes of course. Open Bar. Although we do ask our guests to keep the reception a "social event" out of respect of our celebration. We would prefer no heavy drinking if you choose to do so until the after party. Thank you for your consideration. After the ceremony, first dance, thanks, and then the toast, we will announce when the reception begins, at that time you may help yourself to the bar and buffet around 6pm.

Question

Will There Be Music And Entertainment?

Answer

Yes. Our d.j. will not be taking song requests at the reception. This helps prevent songs that not everyone would want to hear. When you RSVP on here, you'll be able to put in a song you would like to be played. Depending on the song, it will be played at either one or the other.

Question

When Are RSVPs Due? Do I Need To Send Anything Back?

Answer

If you are planning to attend, or you are unable to attend Please RSVP here on Zola.com by October 1st! If you haven't by that time, we will contact personally. If you have any questions on how to RSVP just reach out to me, and I would be happy to help step you through it or just RSVP for you.

Question

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

It should have specified on the envelope if you have a plus one. If it just has you're name written, we would prefer if it was just you. When you go to RSVP, you'll be able to put in all the necessary information for them as well if you have been given one.
