There are many flight options from Atlanta to Hanoi (Noi Bai International Airport). I recommend you fly into Hanoi, then take a car ride 2hr 30 min to Ha Long Bay. OR I highly suggest you stay 2 nights in Hanoi and explore the French Quarter before traveling to Ha Long.
