Main things to must-see while in Ha Long Bay:
1. Take a cruise, most of them will include caves, water sports etc.
2. Go hiking at Hang Sung Sot Cave,  "Me Cung Cave" and Dong Thien Cung
3. Visit Cat Ba Island and visit the island farmer market
4. Travel to Monkey Island by boat
5. Shop at Bai Chay Market
6. Visit Cai Bau Pagoda

Local Restaurants:
Papa’s BBQ, Linh Dan Restaurant, Avocado Restaurant, Wander Station, Co Ngu Ha Long Restaurant,  Lang Chai Halong Restaurant, Phuong Nam Halong Restaurant, Buffet Sen A Dong Restaurant, and there's so much more!
