Flight
For our amazing guests making the trip near and far (some of you REALLY far!), the closest airport is Kansas City International Airport (MCI). It's about a 30min drive from our venue. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible, just follow the "Ride App" signs after baggage claim. Taxis and rental cars are also right at the airport! Pro tip: check with your hotel for complimentary or low-cost shuttles from MCI as well!

This hotel is a 7 minute drive from the venue, and it is down the street from where the Lee's will be staying! You can take the street car as well, but it is about a 5 minute walk to the closest stop. They have a great restaurant and bar in the lobby at this hotel, and a rooftop bar as well! It is also walkable to Crown Center and Union Station!

The Fairfield Inn is a 4 minute drive (20 minute walk) to the venue. You can take the street car to the venue from this hotel as well, the closest stop is right around the block! This hotel is closest to the venue out of all of our recommendations with the ability to get to any of the KC areas by jumping on the street car!

The Loews Hotel is a very popular spot in KC! It is an 8 minute drive to the venue, or you can walk two blocks and jump on the street car from here as well. This hotel is close to Power and Light, and has a great bar in the lobby!

The Crowne Plaza is also in Power and Light. It's an 8 minute drive to the venue and two blocks away from the closest stop for the street car.

The Westin is a 5 minute drive to the venue, and you can jump on the street car right across the street at Union Station! It is right in the middle of Crown Center! Peyton Cassity's family will be staying here!
Travel Note
The Street Car is a great resource to get around KC! You can keep track of the schedule using your "Maps" app on your phone! It runs up and down Main St. for easy access to each KC area. Ubers are also very easy to get and pretty cheap becasue everything is relatively close! There is lots of public parking, however, some garages are cash only! (Parking at the wedding venue will be free!)
