Formal-Semi-Formal! Take this as your invitation to dress to impress. Suits and gowns will set the scene for a magical night at the theatre and a romantic evening! We will be indoors the entire night, but keep in mind the summers in Kansas City are very warm even after the sun goes down!
There will be three parking lots at the Madrid Theatre all free of charge. Downtown Kansas City can be busy on a Friday night, so we encourage sharing rides and allowing time for parking. If you are staying downtown many people also book Ubers/Lyfts or you can catch a free ride on the KC Streetar! There is a stop right in front of our venue!
Yes! There will be a spotlight on the spirts all evening. We will have a full service bar stocked with beer, wine, champagne, your favorite craft cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverages on us! Remember to bring your ID and plan for a designated driver!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We are encouraging guests to begin arriving at 4:30pm to allow plenty of time for parking and finding your seats. Any late comers will be asked to wait in the foyer if they have not been seated by 4:55pm. We appreciate your understanding!
