FAQs

Question

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Guests who are allowed to bring a plus one will be informed through their wedding invitation.

Question

May I bring my children/Child?

Answer

While we love your children, we want you to freely enjoy yourself at our wedding. We kindly request an adult-only celebration.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the wedding, the dress code is Resort Formal attire. Men can wear a suit, with a tie being optional, along with dress shoes. Women can wear a semi-formal/cocktail or formal dress that is knee-length or longer. The welcome reception, on the other hand, requires Resort Chic attire in neutral tones. Men can opt for neutral-colored dress shorts or pants with a button-down shirt or polo paired with boat shoes or loafers. Women can wear slacks, maxi, or short dresses with wedges, heels, or flat sandals. Resort Chic is casual and breezy but still has plenty of glamour! Refer to the ‘attire’ graphic for inspiration!

Question

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly request that you avoid wearing the colors typically reserved for the bride, such as whites, ivories, and creams for both events.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have! We are collaborating with a travel agent to simplify booking accommodations. For more information, please visit the "Travel" page on our website.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be entirely outdoors, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on the grass. Please keep in mind that there will be a refreshing ocean breeze.

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

The weather in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in June is quite warm. The daily high temperatures usually range from 88°F to 90°F and the daily low temperatures range from 74°F to 77°F. It is rare for the temperature to fall below 70°F or exceed 92°F, but it's important to keep in mind that the ceremony will be seaside and there may be a breeze from the ocean.

Question

Will food be provided that is sensitive to dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions during the RSVP process so we can accommodate you.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

To ensure timely arrival for the wedding, please plan to arrive 30 minutes early.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during your ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be unplugged. We request that all guests turn off their cell phones and avoid taking photos to be fully present during the ceremony. A professional team will capture the day.
