By invitation only, immediate family and the bridal party will gather for the rehearsal dinner on the Cedar Terrace. At 7:00 PM, we’ll transition into the welcome party!

We’re excited to host everyone for a welcome party on the terrace at Snowpine Lodge from 7:00–9:00 pm. We’ll have drinks and appetizers and would love for you to join us as we kick off the weekend together. Attire is mountain vibes meets a western twist—we suggest dresses for the girls and jeans with a button-down for the guys. Bring your cowboy boots and a hat if you have one, and don’t forget a coat since it can get chilly in the evening. We can’t wait to see you.

Our Ceremony

Black Tie
We are so excited for you all to join us for our ceremony at Cathedral of the Madeleine. Transportation will be provided for all guests from Snowpine to the church. The bus will depart from the lobby promptly at 9:30 AM, so please be in the lobby before then to ensure you don’t miss it. There will be one guest shuttle, and the drive to the cathedral is approximately 45 minutes from Snowpine. Following the ceremony, the same transportation will bring guests back to Snowpine. Once you are back, please enjoy your afternoon — relax by the pool, take a nap, explore the property, or simply unwind before the evening festivities. We will see everyone for cocktail hour at 5:00 PM on the Great Lawn, located on the mountainside at the lowest level of Snowpine!

We’re asking guests to dress in Black Tie attire for the big day! That means tuxedos or dark suits for the guys, and floor-length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or chic dressy sets for the girls. We’d love to see guests incorporate color—rich tones, patterns, or textures are all welcome, as long as it feels formal and intentional. Can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
After Party

Please join us for the after party in The Nest on the Cedar Level following the send-off! This will be a more casual late-night gathering for anyone who wants to continue the celebration :)
