FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please do not hesitate to reach out to either of us.
Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, we would love to have your kids with us on our special day. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be in a church and roughly an hour long. Please bring what is necessary to keep them occupied and still. PSA if you bring children! There is a pond at our reception venue. Please supervise your children at all times.

Question

What time should I arrive by?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 o'clock, so we ask that guests are seated by 2:45. Please leave yourself ample time for parking, especially if you are bringing children.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that our guests dress semi-formal with a touch of Western. For women, this means knee-length or mid-length dresses. Please avoid wearing shades of white/ivory/cream. For men, this means suits, blazers, and sports coats with nice jeans. Please avoid shorts and hats in the church. Prepare for it to be a warm day, as our date is in late August. Cowboy boots are encouraged!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity limitations, we cannot accommodate additional guests. If you have been given a plus one, your invitation will reflect so. If you have any questions, please contact the bride.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The drinks are on us! We want our guests to have a good time. With that being said, DO NOT bring outside alcohol to our venues!
