Travel

Hey everyone!
We’ve shared the link below for our discounted room block at the DoubleTree in Vail. Please let us know if you have any questions or need assistance.
For guests traveling with little ones: We highly recommend arriving in Colorado a couple of days early and staying in the Denver area before heading up to Vail. The elevation in Vail is significantly higher, and some children can have a harder time adjusting. Spending a day or two in Denver gives them time to acclimate and can make the rest of your trip much more comfortable.
Transportation: We’ll have shuttles running from the hotels and designated meet-up location to bring everyone safely up to the venue.
If you’re thinking about driving yourself, the road to the venue requires four-wheel drive and can get a little sketchy going up the mountain. So unless your car is built for adventure, we highly recommend hopping on the shuttle (especially if you plan on celebrating with a few drinks).
