What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love for you to dress semi-formal. For gentlemen, a suit or shirt/tie is appropriate. For ladies, a cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, or separates would be perfect. No shorts - this means you, Jason Pipkorn!

Is your wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather in Wisconsin can be unpredictable! We plan to hold the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting, but will move it indoors if necessary. Please bring a jacket or wrap to ensure your comfort during the short ceremony. All other events will be held indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is an intimate celebration, and we have reserved a specific number of seats for our guests. Your invitation will specify if a plus one has been included.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family and close friends who traveled for the event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night out!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking guests to arrive at 4:30 PM for a 5 PM ceremony. We will have drinks available when you arrive. Grab a drink, mingle, and grab your ceremony seat by 4:50 PM.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Everything will be held at Terrace 167.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, ample complimentary parking is available on-site at Terrace 167. They even allow overnight parking in the event you need a safe ride home.

What are the transportation options to and from the venue?

Answer

For your convenience, we will be providing a shuttle from the Delta Hotel to Terrace 167 before the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception. Please note the shuttle only holds 15 people at a time, so there may be a short wait.

Your wedding is on Halloween, are costumes welcome?

Answer

Costumes are not welcome at the ceremony or during dinner. However, once the reception starts... you do you!

What is the drink situation?

Answer

We'll have an open bar through the cocktail hour. After that, beer, wine, and soda will be complimentary for the remainder of the evening. If you'd like spirits beyond the initial open bar, a full cash bar will be available.

What are the options to keep the party going following the reception?

Answer

If you're looking to continue the celebration after the wedding, please note that the bar in the Delta hotel will already be closed. For those wishing to keep the party going, we recommend doing a quick online search to find a bar in the Germantown or Menomonee Falls area that suits your interests. Please note: While we love to celebrate with all of you, we (the bride and groom) will not be attending any after-parties.

Will you have a place for me to upload the photos and video I captured of your special day?

Answer

Yes! We'd love to see all your amazing shots from the big day. The more perspectives we get, the better! You can upload all your photos and videos to our shared album. We'll have QR codes on all the tables that you can scan to access it. If you're reading this after the wedding and forgot to scan the QR code, please reach out to Nate or Becky for the link to the shared album.
