FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes early to find a seat ahead of time and be ready to start the ceremony on time!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the individual(s) named on your invitation.

Question

Is there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid Colors traditionally reserved for the bride and groom: White, ivory, and cream.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will have a romantic garden theme, so feel free to have fun with your outfit! If you’ve been waiting for the perfect occasion to wear a tux or a long formal dress—this is it. Want to rock a floral sundress or a flowy outfit? Go for it. Guys, pants and a button-up work just fine, or you can dress it up with a suit if you’d like. Think of it as your chance to dress in a way that makes you feel confident and comfortable—whether that’s formal or garden-party chic.

Question

Can I take photos durning the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (NO PHONES OR CAMERAS). The greatest gift you can give us is to be present as we say our "I DO'S". We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us. So please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

On our website, you’ll find a registry page with everything linked there. Each item on our registry was thoughtfully chosen by Brandon and me—every piece holds a special meaning to us. You’ll notice we’ve included several pieces from the Famille Rose china collection at Williams Sonoma. It’s a pattern we both absolutely love, and it’s especially meaningful to us. We hope to cherish these items in our home and someday pass them down as family heirlooms. That said, please don’t feel any pressure to bring a gift. Your presence, love, and laughter mean the world to us. We’re just so excited to celebrate with everyone!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the Stanford House has parking available right next to the venue. If those spots fill up, we’ll also have additional parking available just across the street at the Stanford Salon & Spa.

Question

What should I do If I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.
