FAQs

The Wedding Website of Lauren Nicole Nebe and Trey Evan Peters
If you happen to think of a pertinent question not listed below, feel free to reach out to the bride or groom no later than one month before the wedding!
Question

When and where do I RSVP?

Answer

Lucky for you, you've done the hardest part and found the wedding website! You can RSVP on the homepage of our website or using the RSVP tab right next to this one. Please RSVP no later 11/4/2026. You are more than welcome (and encouraged!) to RSVP before this date.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If it includes your guests name, then yes! If not, we prefer just you attend.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to limited space, only kiddos listed on your invitation are invited to celebrate this night with us! We ask that you keep a close eye on them and remove them from the ceremony immediately if they are being disruptive.

Question

What is the dress code? What colors should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. Don't forget your dancing shoes! Please account for the possibility of walking on gravel and/or a grass lawn. The color scheme of the evening will be black and white. We would love for you to follow suit and wear black or medium to dark neutrals. We ask that you avoid wearing extremely vibrant colors. Absolutely no jeans, boots, or hats.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It is December in the Midwest -- what does this mean? Well.. it can snow or it can be a beautiful brisk day! Please check the weather and dress accordingly to your comfort. We are blessed with climate controlled areas to celebrate, but you will have to walk outside in between the ceremony and reception and are welcome to stand outside during cocktail hour.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel room block at two local hotels! Please see our Travel Page for more information on booking your stay.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We have arranged for a shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel and the venue. Please meet in front of the hotel at 3PM. The shuttle will return to the hotel at 10PM and 11PM. It is imperative that if you plan on taking advantage of the shuttle service, that you include that information in your RSVP so the bride and groom can be sure that you will be accommodated for appropriately.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site. You may keep your car parked overnight if needed as long as you retrieve it by NOON on Saturday, December 5. All violators will be towed at the owners expense without any affiliation to the bride, groom, their families, or the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at 3:30PM to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seat in the chapel before the ceremony begins promptly at 4PM.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bar will be open -- offering a selective option of cocktails, beer/seltzer, and wine. The bride and groom will have signature drinks for you to enjoy -- any ideas on what they might be?!

Question

What are we eating? What if I have allergies to the food being served?

Answer

We will have two entree options available -- chicken & pork, as well as multiple side options -- garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, side salad, and rolls. If none of these options work for you, please account for eating prior to the ceremony. We ask that you be respectful of our venue and caterers efforts and do not bring in outside food to eat during dinner. We will have multiple dessert options available -- including cake, cupcakes, and macaroons!

Question

Where are you guys registered? Do you have a link to shop?

Answer

As much as we appreciate you wanting to gift us with something, we have decided to not do a registry for our special day. A registry will be available for private events like showers; however, for our big day, please simply bring some dancing shoes and your favorite dance moves! If you still feel inclined to gift us, we will have a safe space for you to drop off cards and monetary gifts.
