What am I supposed to wear to this shindig?
Answer
Family event: cocktail attire/semi-formal - no jeans, please but no need for ties or full suits! Friend event: dressy casual - no jeans or t-shirts but definitely no need for dress shirts, ties, or anything too restricting since the event will be indoor/outdoor.

What's the weather in New Orleans like in April?
Answer
Typically mid to upper 70's with lowish humidity (fingers crossed). The rain can be unpredictable, so consider bringing a rain coat or umbrella!

What are ya'll going to be up to while in New Orleans?
Answer
We plan on being in town from Wednesday, April 16th to Sunday, April 20th! Once we get closer to April, we'll post our plans for those days in case anyone wants to come hang out with us!

What will the events look like?
Answer
Family event: private, sit down dinner at the Copper Vine with a pre-set menu Friend event: small plates, oyster bar, and an open beverage bar at Sidecar

When will I know what food will be served at the event?
Answer
Both Copper Vine and Sidecar plan their menus 6 weeks before the event takes place! We will send out an email when the time comes for meal selections. Feel free to reach out to Adam and I at anytime to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions!

What's the best way to get to the events?
Answer
Since drinks will be available, we recommend taking an Uber or a Lyft! If you prefer to drive, paid street parking is available, but we can't guarantee a parking spot super close to either venue. If you are within walking distance, that's great! We would advise taking a ride share back to your accommodations afterwards for safety purposes unless walking in a group.

Please refer to your invitation. If you do not see "& Guest" listed next to your name, you do not have a plus one.

Can I bring my kid(s)?
Answer
Family event: yes! Friend event: our chosen venue is not suitable for children. If you would like to bring your children to New Orleans, feel free! However, they will not be able to attend the event with you. Babysitting services will not be provided.
