San Diego International Airport is a 20 minute drive from La Jolla and has plenty of flights all over the country!
Due to the limitations on parking in La Jolla and traffic in the area, we are encouraging guests not to rent a car. Ubers are very easily accessible and transportation will be provided for after the reception to the Estancia hotel. Parking is very limited at both the welcome party venue and the wedding venue.
Our welcome party dress code is cocktail attire - for the ladies think soft colors, floral prints, or something flowy that fits the spring vibe. Guys can wear a nice dress shirt and slacks or a light suit—no need for a tie. Our wedding attire will be black tie optional - women can wear floor length dresses, a fancy cocktail dress, or nice pantsuit —think classic, but with a touch of spring vibe like soft colors or light floral details. Men can go for a tux or suit with a tie for a more laid-back approach. Just keep it polished and sophisticated, but remember you’re still in California.
We recommend arriving on Friday April 24th in time to kick off the weekend with us at the welcome party and checking out Sunday April 26th.
Please RSVP on our website before March 14th 2026. You can type in the first and last name of any member of your party to RSVP.
We highly recommend arranging your own transportation via Uber/Lyft. All hotel recommendations are less than a 10 minute drive from the venue.
Spring weather in California can be unpredictable but typically you can expect temperatures in the low 60s to the mid 70s during this time of year. Our venue is alongside La Jolla beach so we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap to stay warm later in the night.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm therefore we ask all our guests plan to arrive by 4:15pm.
While we love your little ones, our wedding weekend is an adult-only occasion. We hope you understand!
