What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM. Please arrive between 4-4:15PM to get settled and find a seat.

While we absolutely love your kiddos, we kindly ask that this be an adults only event. :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please note on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences. We can communicate any needs with our caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! As an anxious parker myself, there is plenty of free parking available at the venue. You may leave cars parked overnight as well.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle service all day on May 23rd. The shuttle service will run from the Americinn and the St. James Hotel to the venue and back multiple times during the day and evening.

Yes, we are registered at Crate and Barrel and Target.
