FAQs

The Wedding Website of Alexandra McCoy and Peter Blakey
Here's just a couple of FAQs so that everyone has a great night!
Question

Gifts/ Registry

Answer

Whilst we are very grateful you are celebrating with us today, we do not expect a gift. However, if you would very much like to bring a gift, we would be very grateful for cash only. We have everything we could ever need and would not be able to take most gifts/appliances back overseas with us. However, we would greatly appreciate a cash gift to help with the cost of a Honeymoon. Please do not feel pressured in any way; your presence on our day is more than enough. <3

Question

Can I bring some Goodgood?

Answer

NO. We are not ensured for cannabinoid consumption at this event. Please do not bring Cannabinoids or other such products TO the event.

Question

Can I bring small children?

Answer

No. Whilst we love littles, we are not insured to accomodate little ones at this event. Please find childcare in good time. Teens/ Young adults are all very welcome!

Question

What if I have dietary requirements?

Answer

Both the Bride and Groom's family are Gluten Free, and we will try to accomodate for Vegetarian/Vegan as best we can. If you have any other food allergies or dietary requirements, please kindly indicate this when you RSVP. Food served will be Italian. Dessert will be cake and pie, kindly served by Anthony's Catering and Noble Pies.

Question

What shall I wear?

Answer

Whatever you like, but very demure, very mindful! This is a formal event, but we want everyone to have fun and be comfy. Please wear whichever comfortable formalwear makes you feel best! The bride tribe all have a bit of an alt vibe, so feel free to display all tats piercings, funky shoes, etc, that you like. As we are having a Night Court/Lord of the Rings/Celestial theme, the bridal party will be wearing navy satin dresses and then personalising the rest of their outfit. Feel free to wear something fantasy inspired and most importantly, have fun!
