Maid of Honor
Best friends since the womb, Cara and Alyssa have always been inseparable, so much so that our names have become a homogeneous cry of "caralysa" whenever someone is looking for the two of us. A singer, animal advocate, and the literal nicest person you'll ever meet, there's no one I'd rather have standing by my side.
Best Man
The youngest brother, with the biggest personality, Dan is always down for a great time. From visiting me at HPU to letting me crash with him at Clemson, Dan and a good time are never far apart. Packing quick wit, a stellar sense of humor, and the ability to craft a killer cocktail, Dan is the person that you want in your corner, and on your side.
Bridesmaid
From frenemies to best friends, the second best love story here today is between Cara and Sam. Best friends since freshman year of high school, Sam and Cara have been through it all--boyfriends and breakups, beach trips and football games, Prom and college formals the list goes on. But one thing's for sure, this bond, formed on The Office binges, Oriental House takeout, and countless car rides, is an unbreakable one.
Best Man
The eldest of our crazy brood of boys, I've always looked up to Matt. He's my go-to guy when I need an answer, from lawn care (how to fix holes Tucker has dug in our new yard) to technology (aka that time I locked myself out of the computer and he remoted in to fix it). When we're together, we make a game of one-upping each other, but, I know he's always got my back (even if he just taped a sign to it).
Bridesmaid
Cara and Caroline met freshman year of college, after they each worked up the mutual courage to approach a girl they thought was too cool to be their friend. From hall-mates, to roommates, to sorority sisters, Caroline and Cara have been thick as thieves. Bonded over a shared love of blogging, fashion, sloths, and more, there's no distance this friendship can't survive. #Squidayy
Groomsman
Pete and Sam met their first week of college, and from then on they were practically inseparable. They met on the HPU reserve soccer team, and while neither stuck with the game through graduation, their friendship was one for the books. From college roommates to annual Easter trips to the Dezzi house, from road tripping to Miami, to ensuring annual get togethers post grad, Sam and Pete bring out the best in each other, including their best dance moves, belly laughs, and beyond.
Bridesmaid
It was love at leather jacket. Beth and Cara met over coffee in college during the big little sorority rush. And, while the other girls were speed dating, Cara and Beth knew that they had found the one, quickly choosing to be Big and Little. With years of Chinese food dates, late nights, long crys, and endless amounts of pep talks, this sisterly bond is one that can't be broken.
Groomsman
Piete and Pete (or big Pete and Lil' Pete, respectively) met at work, and they've been a dynamic duo for the past six years. Piete has always served as a guiding light for Pete, providing mentorship, life advice, and help with Pete's "big boy questions." They spend their days working hard but laughing harder, streaming podcasts, and talking in accents, making the work day fly by.
Bridesmaid
Close friends since college, Shannon and Cara's relationship is poetry--no really. From bonding in their poetry class, to late nights volleying story pitches, to English theory, the love of story and language brought Cara and Shannon together, and their shared love of animals, a good glass of champagne, and a good time, has kept them together ever since.
Groomsman
Pete and Brian? They go way back, way back to when Brian picked Pete up in his mom's Malibu for school, every single morning. Together, they crushed it on the soccer field and the high school party scene. And, while they may have parted ways for college, they make a point of boarding in Utah every winter that they can. One of Pete's day ones since day one, Brian has a heart of gold.
Bridesmaid
From co-workers to work wives to best friends, Cara and Madison hit it off right away. Hired just weeks apart, they bonded over their newness, and their friendship quickly flourished. With a shared love of dogs, concerts, books, and all things food (yes, even with the allergies), there's no one Cara would rather finger dance the night away with, and yes, this signature move will be on display at the big day.
Groomsman
What's better than two brothers? Three. With a kind heart, a shared love of games (because no one else will play with Pete at the beach), cigars, football, and a killer taste in music, getting another brother has never been sweeter.
Bridesmaid
Hayley and Cara met by happenstance, and all thanks to Alyssa, who chased Hayley down at a job fair and demanded that Hayley give Alyssa her resume. Alyssa passed that resume to Cara and Cara advocated to bring Hayley onto her team. What started as a coworker relationship blossomed into a ride or die friendship fueled by caffeine, cake, memes, and plenty of wine. No matter where you search, you'll never find a finer hype girl than Hayley.
Groomsman
Cousins by birth and friends by choice, Alex is a kind soul who knows a good time when he sees one. From joining in the Dezzi holiday debauchery, to playing host in Charleston, Alex may seem quiet at first, but underneath there's a guy just waiting to crack a joke and cut a rug.
