Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We thank you for your understanding.

Is there a Shuttle to and from the Hotel to the Ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service running from the hotel to the venue and from the venue to the hotel.

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

If your invitation says, "and guest," you bet! If not, we'd prefer just your stellar company.

What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. The event is deco themed, but it will be winter, and partially outdoors, so please plan accordingly. Don't worry, there will be a coat check in case you get toasty. And, for the ladies, please note, the ceremony is down a gravel path, so stilettos might be trying.

Will You Be Live Streaming?

We understand that in this trying time, everyone cannot attend. We completely respect your decision, but want to make sure you can take part in our special day! We will be offering a live stream of our wedding via our venue's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/edinburghwest.

How will you be handling COVID-19 Precautions?

Answer

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority. We have worked with each of our vendors to ensure that proper safety precautions will be in place for the duration of our celebration. All food will be served by designated catering team members. No self-service for food will be available. We appreciate your patience and understanding. In light of recent trends, masks are required. We will provide masks for all guests and ask that you try to keep your mask on if you are unable to keep six feet from those you are not in contact with regularly.  Please note, we understand these are unprecedented time. We completely understand and fully support any guest who would prefer to celebrate our wedding from afar. If you are experiencing any Covid-19 related symptoms before our wedding, or have recently been exposed to an individual who has tested positive for Covid-19, we kindly request that you do not attend our wedding.
