When do I need to book my room by?

Answer

The hotel has a blocked off rooms that are reserved for our guests specifically. This will no longer be a guarantee after August 26th when unbooked rooms will be open to the public.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden attire: sundresses, button downs. No need to wear a tie. Skip the heels we're getting married in a field. Feel free to bring a sweatshirt or something to keep you warm if it gets cool at night.

What do I do if i'm only staying at the hotel Saturday night? ... Check in time is 4PM

Answer

For those of you who will only be staying at the hotel Saturday night please be sure to ask for an early check in when reserving the room. The hotel states they will try their best to accommodate this. Please let Pete (401-230-4131) or Lydia (518-258-9423) know ahead of time. We will have an area for you to leave your bags and get ready before catching the bus to the ceremony at 2PM.
