Catch a Ride
1:45 pm - 2:30 pm
School busses will be picking up guests and dropping them at the wedding site. PLEASE BE READY TO GO AT THE FRONT LOBBY OF THE HOTEL -- FIRST BUS LEAVES AT 1:45 SECOND BUS LEAVES AT 2PM -- GUESTS AT SNO BEAR WILL GET PICKED UP ALONG THE MAIN ROAD TO THE HOTEL
Our Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Cocktail/Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, cocktail dresses, suits in lighter hues, slacks and button downs.
The entire event is on the lawn please keep this in mind when picking out your shoes ladies!
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Grab some food and play outdoor games
Dinner and Dancing
6:00 pm - 10:45 pm
Enjoy the 18 hour pig roast and some other BBQ favorites before getting out on the dance floor
