Click the "RSVP" button, which is located at the top right of our website. Please RSVP by August 27 so we can provide an accurate headcount to our caterers.
We will monitor the situation closely and will keep guests updated. For now, we strongly recommend everyone get their vaccine and booster shot. Unvaccinated guests will be required to take a Covid test within 24 hours of the event. Depending on the situation, we may ask everyone to take rapid tests before the event.
Yes. We have a room block at the Oceano Hotel, which is where our ceremony and reception will be held. Please visit the "Accommodations" page for more information.
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/semi-formal.
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to email us at pete.katie2022@gmail.com if you have any questions.
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception.
Since Half Moon Bay is on the coast, the weather can vary this time of year. During the day it could be warm and sunny, or it could be cold and foggy. In the evening, the weather will drop. We recommend dressing light, but bring a coat.
Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors (unless there is inclement weather). The reception will be indoors.
You may find yourself walking on grass, so we recommend avoiding stilettos.
It depends! If you're staying at the Oceano and don't plan on traveling around while you're here, you probably don't need one. If you're staying at another hotel in the area, you may want to rent a car because Ubers can be hard to find in this area. If you plan to explore San Francisco or the Bay Area while you're here, we definitely recommend renting a car. There is no public transportation in Half Moon Bay.
Our wedding venue has plenty of free parking.
Our ceremony will be unplugged, but you're welcome to take photos after the ceremony and throughout the reception.
