Question

I want to bring my RV/Camper will there be space?

Answer

We are limited on space for camping/RV's and will be reserving those spots for family. Horse Creek Loge is just down the road from Loloma and has plenty of RV space! We recommend staying there or a near by campground! If you’re interested in Horse Creek please email: Horse Creek Lodge reservations@horse-creek.com or call them at 541-822-3243 to make sure you get a spot!

Are pets allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately we are not allowing pets on the property. We know a lot of you have furry friends and so to prevent the venue from becoming a dog park we are asking that you either get a near by campsite and keep your pets there or just at home!

Are children allowed?

Answer

Of course! We will have a kids activity area set up and there will be a safe inside place for them with a movie playing/sitter to take care of those too tired to stay up! We do want to give you a warning that the property backs up to the McKenzie River. There is NO fence between the property and water so make sure to attend to your littles. :)

Catered beverages or BYOB?

Answer

Both! During the reception there will be catered cocktails and beverages. We want everyone to be save and have fun so coffee will also be provided. With that said we have several “canoe” bars around the property and would love for everyone to contribute! Please- cans only! After the reception it will be BYOB for the remaining of the weekend so plan accordingly. Also please consider the environment- for drinks/food outside of the reception bring a camp mug!

When Can I head to the Ceremony?

Answer

We are asking our guest to enjoy the lovely Mckenzie River area while the wedding party gets ready and takes photos. At 2pm we ask that you head tot he happy hour and listen to music from Nancy Blake and mingle until the ceremony at 4pm.
