Join us for our rehearsal brunch It is in the am due to our other guest checking in (and walking through) the venue starting at 2pm the same day. This means everyone involved in the wedding party/ceremony need to arrive prior to 11am Friday 5/24/19. Brunch will he provided by the couple and their families.

Our guests are able to check in as early as 2pm 5/24/19. Feel free to make your way to Loloma at 6pm. Our welcome dinner is a classic camping potluck so if you have special allergies/food requests make sure you bring it also (BYOB.) Our ceremony begins at 4pm outside the main lodge at Loloma, signage will direct guest to the appropriate area. Happy hour starts at 2:00-start so grab a beverage and mingle while listening to music from Nancy Blake. We are asking that our guest do not arrive any earlier than 2:00pm since the wedding party will be taking photos together on the property prior to the ceremony. Reception

Our reception is just a short walk from the ceremony, (remember we are outside when choosing your shoes for the evening) it’s time to enjoy good drinks REMINDER no host bar for liquor, beer and wine on us, the catering will accept cash or card, great food and music with friends! PLEASE NOTE: during the reception the catering company has asked that we keep our own booze away but if you’re camping BYOB so we can party before and after.
