We are asking everyone to RSVP by March 9th -- either digitally on this website or by mailing back the response card included with your invitation.
Absolutely! The bride has a few food allergies herself so all food offerings will be free of tree nuts and seed oils to start. If you are gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, or require additional accommodations, please let us know!
We are asking that all guests dress in cocktail attire for our event! We are from Vegas after all - so don't be afraid to dress to the nines! Bright colors, a little sparkle, and big smiles are encouraged! No jeans or khakis please! Our venue is climate-controlled with many of the day's events taking place indoors.
While we love your kids, we hope that you'll use our special day as a good excuse for much-deserved night out unless otherwise noted on your invitation.
All of our registries are connected to the Registry tab of this website. Since we are in Vegas full time - we do ask that any physical gifts are sent directly to our home address in lieu of bringing them to any events.
We ask that you please consider arriving at 4pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. This will give you ample time to park your car, greet some familiar faces, and find your seat in time for the big event. Parking at Brick Gables is free and located only steps from the main doors.
Our travel page is full of great local hotel options that are just a short drive away from our venue. Brick Gables is also located only 40 minutes from Hershey, which has several hotels that may include more amenities suited for those coming from out-of-town.
As of right now, we don't overlap with too many major local events that may make getting to our celebration difficult for anyone - but we do encourage you to book travel early and give yourself a little extra time on your way to the venue, as you may encounter a horse and buggy or two on your way! Also - the Hotel Rock Lititz and the Rock Lititz Campus may have a rehearsal studio client which can make the closest hotel accommodations tough to get and increase the general truck traffic to the area. This should not impact our day too much - but it is good to know just in case you are planning to visit the public areas of campus while you are celebrating with us.
