When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Please ensure to include your kids in your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception is black tie formal. The traditional wedding is African and American inspired attire. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose on the dance floor.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

If you are staying at the hotel, parking is free. If you will not be staying at the hotel, please be sure to indicate that you will need parking in the RSVP section so we can reserve it for you. Otherwise, parking will be $20 per entry.

Is the hotel room reservation all-inclusive?

Answer

While it is not all inclusive, there will be finger foods and drinks at the hospitality suite throughout the day. You are more than welcome to eat at the hotel restaurant at your own expense.

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we would love for you to capture memories. We just ask that you be mindful to not block the professional photographers and videographers, especially during the bridal procession.
