Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! We are a family friendly event, but you are in charge of chasing after them if they wander! So if you want to hire a sitter and have it be your night off too we are all for either way! Just please make sure to include them on the RSVP and write us a note for the age of the child so they can have the child's menu option if they are 11 and under.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you would like to walk in with us, please meet at the Pile Gate side between 5:00-5:45. We will process to the church at 5:45. The ceremony starts promptly at 6pm, but the church is on the smaller side for the crowd we are having which means that some people will have to stand. We do recommend getting there early if you know you need or want a seat. We also ask the younger generation (especially guys in their comfy shoes) to offer up their seats if you see someone that is needing a place to sit.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be providing transportation to the events for everyone. Please make sure you download Uber before the day of the wedding as that is the easiest and safest way for you to make it to the events.

Is it easy to get to the separate ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

The ceremony will be about 15 minute away from any driving road and you will be walking on cobblestones. So ladies, you might want to have your dancing flats on hand to wear during the walk there if you were thinking about stilettos. The reception, however, is about a 3 minute Uber ride away and you can get dropped off right in front.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal but you can be as fancy as you want! Note that it will most likely be hot especially in the church so you may want to chose lighter material and skip the jacket or sweater at least for the ceremony. The reception venue will be nice and cool with AC.
