The link below is where you will be able to book your room for our new wedding date (Friday May 14, 2021). **If you booked at this location for the September 18th, 2020 date then your reservation has automatically been transferred to the Friday May 14, 2021 date. If you need to make any further changes, please call the number above** This hotel is located farther from the venue, but closer to all the listed 'Things To Do'. A shuttle will pick up and drop off at both of the listed hotels.

Shuttle From the Hotels to The Ceremony

One shuttle will be picking up from the Hilton Doubletree Chesterfield at 3:30 PM. This shuttle will then pick up from guests from the Wildwood Hotel around 4:00 PM. Arrive to the Ceremony at 4:40 PM.

Uber and Lyft are an excellent option for transportation arriving TO the wedding venue. Unfortunately, it may be difficult to Uber or Lyft FROM the wedding venue, so be sure to check out our shuttle options. There is also plenty of parking at the venue if you're planning on taking a personal vehicle.
