Please RSVP with us as soon as possible and place your hotel deposit by July 3, 2026 to secure your room within our wedding block and confirm your participation in the celebration. The final balance for resort accommodations will be due November 6, 2026.
Our wedding celebration will take place on January 17, 2027, and we will be in Riviera Maya beginning January 14. Guests are welcome to arrive and stay anytime during our room block dates of January 14–21, 2027. We recommend planning to arrive by January 15 to avoid any travel delays and to begin relaxing before the wedding festivities. Please note that a minimum 3-night stay is required to book within our wedding room block. The “Starting At” price reflects the lowest possible rate for that room based on this 3-night stay at double occupancy. To view your exact total, select your travel dates, number of guests, and room type. The system will automatically calculate your accurate pricing.

Yes! A valid passport is required for all guests traveling to Mexico for our wedding celebration. We strongly recommend checking your passport expiration date as soon as possible. Many airlines and international travel destinations recommend that passports remain valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. If you need to apply for or renew a passport, we encourage you to begin the process now to avoid delays.
Due to venue capacity and travel coordination, invitations are extended only to the individuals specifically named on your invitation. If you have any questions or requests regarding additional guests, please contact Anissa & Garis directly.
The Grand Palladium Riviera Maya Resort & Spa is part of a large, interconnected resort complex made up of several distinct sections. While all areas are within the same property and share many amenities, each section offers a slightly different experience in terms of room style, atmosphere, and services. Here’s a simple breakdown of the current options in our room block within the complex: Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa (+ Family Selection) Located further down the beach. It offers a slightly quieter, more secluded atmosphere and features the Family Selection upgrade, which provides access to premium family amenities. TRS Yucatan Hotel (Adults Only) TRS Yucatan Hotel is the adults-only luxury section of the complex. It offers a more private and upscale experience with all-suite accommodations, butler service, exclusive pools, and reserved restaurants and beach areas. Guests must be 18+ to stay here.
Your stay includes: - All-inclusive food and beverages - Access to resort restaurants, bars, and pools - Beach access - On-site entertainment and activities - Complimentary round-trip transportation between Cancun International Airport and the resort - Access to our wedding celebration events hosted at the resort (when booked within our wedding group) Please note that certain premium experiences, spa services, excursions, and specialty offerings may require an additional cost.

Our ceremony is slated to take place on the beach, surrounded by the ocean and natural beauty of Riviera Maya. The cocktail hour and reception will take place on a covered terrace with a roof, allowing us to enjoy an open-air celebration while still being comfortably sheltered in the event of weather changes.
January in Riviera Maya is typically warm and pleasant, with average temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s.
