Towards the very end of 2020, one of the most uncertain and challenging times in the world, we found each other on Tinder. What started as a simple match quickly became the best thing to come out of 2020. From the very beginning, something felt different. Just two months into dating, Garis already knew he loved Anissa. Eight months later, during our first vacation together, he quietly admitted what he already knew deep down: someday, we were going to get married one day. And he was right. Over the years, we’ve built a life filled with love, laughter, growth, adventures, gym dates, great food, and countless memories together. In 2022, we moved to New Jersey to begin a new chapter and build a life together. In 2025, we moved to Long Island, a meaningful return home for Anissa and the start of another exciting season for us as a couple.
