Whatever you feel comfortable in! We want this to be an enjoyable experience for all. It will be a casual wedding. Keep in mind that the ceremony (weather permitting) will be hosted outside in the beginning of December. So dress warmly. The reception will be inside where it is heated.
The ceremony will be at the field located next to the Group Shelter at Cloudland Canyon State Park. If it rains it will be inside the Group Shelter, where the reception will take place. **Keep in mind there is a $5 per car fee per day to enter the park**
We are asking for RSVP’s to be sent via snail mail or made here on this site NO LATER than Saturday, October 28.
You can arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony begins. We ask for no one to get there and interrupt the ceremony once the processional has begun.
We welcome your plus 1! We just ask for you to let us know that you are bringing a plus 1 when you RSVP. Unsure if you are bringing a plus one? Include one with your RSVP to be safe. We are budgeting enough food based off the headcount received.
We would love for you to bring your littles! There will be games and plenty of food and loving arms.
Parking will be at the Group Shelter parking lot then the ceremony will be a quick walk from there in the field neighboring.
Most of us will be staying on property, cabins are all neighboring each other. I’m sure we will have meals together before or after. Unsure what to do or want to do something? Come knock on our door and bring a plate!
We are! Right here at the Registry link on our site. We don’t have a lot of physical items registered because we have most everything we need though we do have a few items. We are mostly requesting a money fund to help us put a down payment down on our first house together and money towards a belated honeymoon next year.
Unfortunately, no. The hotel is an easy 26 minute drive from the venue and the cabin rentals are all at Cloudland Canyon State Park (the venue) and will be just minutes from the ceremony/reception site.
