Dress casual and comfortable but WARM. The ceremony will be outside in December. Dress appropriately.
The ceremony will take place in the meadow/field next to the Group Shelter. There is ample parking at the Shelter and there will be signs directing you. In the case of poor weather, the ceremony will be at the Group Shelter. PICK A SEAT NOT A SIDE!
3:15 pm - 8:30 pm
Following the quick outdoor ceremony, there will be finger foods and drinks for "cocktail" hour at the Group Shelter while the Bridal Party takes photos. Dinner will be served buffet-style once the Reception begins. This will be a casual, non-traditional party/hang out kind of reception with buffet style food, a serve yourself bar, music, and mingling. The reception will be inside the Group Shelter which will be heated.
