The Volt 2 features several expertly designed cooking modes enabled by Pizza Intelligence™. Choose Neapolitan for a light, airy crust that captures authentic Italian flavors in just 90 seconds. Select Thin &amp; Crispy to bake crowd-pleasing, foldable New York-style pizzas. Or try the Pan Pizza mode for thick, fluffy pies like Sicilian or Detroit-style pizzas.
Need to proof or defrost dough quickly? The Dough-Proofing Mode has you covered. Plus, with two Custom Preset Modes, you can personalize your pizza-making experience. The Volt 2 reaches a maximum temperature of 850 °F (450 °C) - much hotter than your average home oven. High-performance temperatures like these are essential for cooking restaurant-quality pizza. When in Neapolitan mode, you can use the Boost function to supercharge the top heating element so you can make a Neapolitan-style pizza in just 90 seconds. You can also adjust the Crisping Intensity setting to focus more heat on the top of your pizza for crispier toppings and crust.
Oven and Broil Modes offer extra cooking versatility for quick mid-week meals, cookies, pies and more. The Volt 2 offers an impressive temperature range from 70 °F to 850 °F (25°C to 450°C).
