Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Short answer is yes, however, we would prefer to have an unplugged wedding ceremony. We would like to request that our guests turn off and put away their phones/cameras/devices and allow our professional photographer to solely document the day. We would like for our photographer to capture the beautiful faces of our guests without phones and cameras in the way. This day will be video recorded as well. We want each of you to live in the moment with us and enjoy our ceremony as it unfolds. Chances to take photos after the ceremony will be available once family photos have been taken with our photographer. We also request those who see the wedding party prior to the ceremony to please not post photos to social media or share until after the reception. Please hold off on posting photos of wedding and reception until after the reception.
