Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp Game
The place where it all began! Catch a game at 121 Financial Ballpark; the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp are playing at home from April 25-30. We heard section 114, row A, seats 12 & 13 are the best seats in the house! ;) Grab some food and beer(s) at Intuition Ale Works across the street before the game!
Salty Pelican Bar & Grill
A special place for us- Salty Pelican is where we went on our first date! Located in the heart of downtown Fernandina Beach, you'll get great seafood and a harbor view with stunning sunsets. Check out downtown Fernandina and Amelia Island for other restaurants and cute shops!
Jacksonville Beaches
Found along northeast Florida’s "First Coast," Jacksonville's beaches (Neptune Beach, Atlantic beach, and Jacksonville Beach) offer vast stretches of gorgeous sandy beaches, a golf course, a famous fishing pier, and boatloads of water activities. The Beaches Town Center has some of our favorite restaurants like Hawkers, Flying Iguana, and North Beach Fish Camp. If you're craving a sweet treat, check out Whit's Frozen Custard for dessert!

A local favorite! Lemon Bar is located right on Neptune Beach. You'll get oceanfront views, great cocktails, and a nice Florida tan! If you're there for happy hour, try a banana rum punch!
Historic Downtown St. Augustine
The heart of the city of St. Augustine is in the Historic Downtown where guests will find a majority of the city's restaurants, shopping, hotels, and attractions. The Historic Downtown is the oldest part of the city with many buildings dating back to the 1700s — and with streets that have existed from long before that —combine to create a walkable city obviously designed with old European concepts. When we want a slice of Italy, we always go to V Pizza! With ingredients from Naples and Italian brick ovens, you'll get an authentic, artisan meal. Their pizzas are delicious, but also try their wings- the V Signature Wings are our favorite! This location is right around the corner from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
