Travel Note
Getting to DC
DC has 3 main airports: DCA - National, IAD - Dulles, BWI - Baltimore. DCA is by far the closest, and accessible to Old Town by taking the Metro - Blue or Yellow Lines to King St - Old Town station (3 total stops). IAD - Dulles is also accessible by the Metro, but is lengthy (~ 1.5 hours), and you will have to transfer from the Silver line to the Blue line at Rosslyn Metro station. For folks on the East Coast, or flying into BWI airport, Amtrak trains also drop off at the Alexandria station near the hotels. Otherwise, driving is also very easy, as each hotel has guest parking.

Where to Stay
We have secured rooms at two hotels at the top of King Street. Buses will pick up guests at the Hilton Garden Inn starting at 3:45pm, to drop off at River Farm, and will pick up and drop off at the same hotel later that night. There are many other hotels (such as the Archer where the wedding party will stay) and B&Bs near by, for guests looking for other options. The hotels are very close to the Blue line for local guests looking to use public transportation, and Ubers/Lyfts are available in the area. Please remember that no guest may drive to the wedding without express permission from the bride and groom.
