Wedding FAQs

The Wedding Website of Percy Ford and Zack Harlan
Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

For all pre-wedding events, sprinter vans will be provided to transport guests to and from each destination. Should you wish to explore on your own or break away from the group at any point, personal transportation arrangements would be at your discretion.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be an evening of charm and celebration. To honor this special occasion, we kindly request that you dress in black-tie attire. For the men, we are requesting that you wear a black tuxedo or suit and formal shoes. For the ladies, we are requesting formal gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or a sophisticated jumpsuit, with floor-length being the favorable choice. The overall vibe is sophisticated and formal, leaning towards very rich and colorful tones to represent the rainbow as we are getting married during Pride Month and will have that reflected in the ceremony as well!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate and meaningful, we are unable to accommodate additional plus-ones. We have limited our guest list to those who know us well, and the names of all invited guests are listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that no additional guests attend. Thank you so much for understanding — we truly appreciate it.

Question

When can I arrive to the villa? What day does the stay at the villa conclude?

Answer

Me and Zack have reserved the villa for eight days. We will be arriving on Saturday June 20th to prepare for your arrival! You are welcome to arrive as early as Monday, June 22nd and the villa will be ours until June 27th in the early afternoon hours. If you'd like to come later in the week for whatever reason, we just ask that you arrive by Wednesday, June 24th in the afternoon hours as the welcome dinner will be that evening!

Question

What can I expect for the week as far as activities and itinerary?

Answer

While this celebration centers around our wedding, we truly want this to be a relaxed and enjoyable vacation for everyone. We’ll be planning activities in Cannes and Nice, including beach days, wonderful food, entertainment, and plenty of time to explore. In the same spirit, we’ll also be embracing slower moments at the villa — enjoying the commune, visiting nearby wineries, and taking advantage of the many recreational opportunities that surround us.
