Buy some flowers for you hotel room!
Beautiful views of the city and very close to where Chris grew up! Perfect for photographers!
Meredith's favorite restaurant! A bit loud at times - but great food and vibe! (Call ahead to see what they are doing with COVID.)
Delicious dumplings in the heart of the International District. Call in to get on the wait list as you head down! (They will deliver - but the dumplings cool off quick - I just heat them up again.)
Favorite French breakfast place. Grab a coffee and some baguette! (Several tables are outside)
Wonderful breakfast place on the top of Queen Anne!
The best dive! Fantastic food! (Pickup available - great for groups)
Take the ferry to Bainbridge for a day trip. Walk the downtown area, visit the Japanese Exclusion Memorial, enjoy a day on one of the many islands of the Salish Sea. Meredith lived here for a year while in grad school!
Visit West Seattle - you can take the water taxi from downtown and get there in 10 minutes. Enjoy the beach vibe of the waterfront without needing a car.
A fun beach and great place to walk around! Try to find the pink bench from our engagement photos.
A forested park great for walks!
Very fun! A little wild on the weekend afternoons, but worth a trip just for the octopuses and the Pacific Spiny Lumpsuckers. (By reservation slot only now - but WAY less busy.)
Vegan cinnamon rolls anyone? Also a great place to walk around!
Would recommend the hazelnut lava cake...for the chocolate lovers in each group.
Great burger place with parks nearby after you pick them up.
Great local ice cream spot on Bainbridge Island.
Meredith spent many a week teaching at this harbor. during grad school. It was once the site of one of the largest sawmills in the world.
For all those history buffs out there.
