How We Met
October 29, 2011
Our romance began like all good love stories - at a bar Halloween weekend. Peggy was dressed as Joan Holloway from Mad Men and Chris was dressed as... a lumberjack? A hipster? We'll be generous and go with hipster. Despite the fact that he was drinking Miller High Life (guess it went with the "costume") and that he was a Wisconsin badger, she decided to give him a chance. We went on our first real date a week or so later, and haven't stopped talking and hanging out since. Through the 9+ years we've been together we've lived in 3 apartments, adopted 2 cats, gone through 6 job changes and received 2 masters degrees. Crazy to think this all started because we said yes to going out for Halloween with mutual friends all those years ago!
