The dress code is black tie. The venue will not allow jeans, T-shirts, shorts, gym wear or hats.
Guests will arrive between 4:30-5:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, August 5, 2022.
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
We opted for a Newlywed Fund in place of a traditional registry. For guests who would like to contribute to the fund, it can be found on the Registry tab of the website. There will also be an opportunity to contribute at the wedding.
We kindly ask that all guests test themselves for COVID and test negative the morning of the wedding. We are doing our best to comply with the protocols of the venue and keep our guests safe. We are working with the venue to ensure COVID-19 compliance. If any guest is feeling sick or has symptoms, we politely ask that they sit this one out and we will celebrate with them in spirit.
The wedding will be held at The Club at Ruby Hill, Pleasanton, CA. The address is 3400 W Ruby Hill Dr Pleasanton, CA 94566. To get to the venue, you will have to come through a gated area. Please be prepared to give them your name at the gate and have your license (or another form of ID) if asked to verify your name with the guest list.
