Hey y'all! My name is Vanessa! Kaitlyn and I met through our church in El Paso. We became roommates alongside Angie (also a bridesmaid); thus, the PowerPuff Girls 2.0 was created! What started as an awkward blend of three women became my best friends. Kaitlyn and I became close due to our fondness for bluntness, anime, and animals. Once we are in the same room, there is no turning off the laughter and joy. I am honored to have all the memories of late-night snacks, Target runs, anime nights on my bed, bible study at the kitchen table, long prayers on Angie's "World-famous" comfortable couches, and trying to convince Angie to let us keep a cat. I am grateful for the friendship that Kaitlyn and I have; I think God placed us in the same city and same household for a reason -we hold each other to a high standard, and we keep it real. We share the laughs but also the cries. I look forward to seeing Kaitlyn and Pedro's upcoming journey as a married couple! Pedro is one lucky guy! Beware Pedro. If you hurt her, I will hunt you. I’m George, I’m 24 years old, I am Pedro's ’s nephew, and I live in Downtown Houston with my girlfriend and two dogs. My favorite movie franchise is Fast and the Furious movies. I enjoy playing video games, mostly on my computer.

Jackie met Kaitlyn for the first time at a campus ministry fall retreat three years ago. Now, they're roommates, and she feels so honored to be a part of this celebration of a lifetime. Jackie loves all things artistic and creative, and you can usually find her singing, dancing, smiling, or all of the above.
Jose Lemus

Jose is the campus minister (along with Jackie, his wife) for UT Arlington and recently graduated from UT Arlington with his bachelor's degree. He is one of the kindest and most honest souls you will ever meet. He keeps Pedro (and Kaitlyn) in check, and allows Kaitlyn to crash on their couch. His biggest fault is that he loves the Patriots. He is a huge fan of Naruto. He often has the campus ministry over at his house and continuously watches over a rowdy group of teens and campus students.

I've known Kaitlyn since August of 2021. We met because she thought my cat dog, Pumpkin, was interesting and wanted to pet her. In 2022 we became roommates. Jesus & sharing the same restroom definitely allowed us to bond. She helped me learn just how cool Post Malone is. I could go on, but I am so glad God put her in my life. It makes me smile thinking of the happiness & laughter her & Pedro will share. Excited for the big day and honored to be a part of it.

My name is Joel Chapman, and I live for adventure. I have a passion for motorcycles and love traveling to new and exciting destinations on two wheels. When I’m not riding, you’ll find me paddleboarding on serene waters, hiking through breathtaking landscapes, or camping under the stars. The outdoors is my playground, and I thrive on discovering new places and experiencing the thrill of nature firsthand.

Erin is from all over and met Kaitlyn in 2021 when she started studying the Bible and coming out to church. They became fast friends by bonding over cats and being white girls living in El Paso. Erin is a big fan of Lindsey Stirling and regularly spends time with her family. Kaitlyn has definitely crashed their family hangouts.

Josh met Pedro online over PlayStation while Pedro was still in middle school and has since become one of Pedro's close friends. In 2021, Kaitlyn met Josh over PlayStation and bonded through picking on Pedro. Josh is also the DM for our Dungeons and Dragons group and is one of the most down-to-earth people you could ever meet (consider yourself lucky!).

I have known Kaitlyn and Pedro for a short while, but they've been such a light in my life, and I'm so grateful that they've let me be a part of their journey.
