When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible, but latest by June 17th.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered on Zola, Crate and Barrel, and Amazon. Links to all of these registries can be found under the "registry" tab here on our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

As the ceremony begins at 2:00pm, please arrive by 1:45.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have set aside three hotel blocks, but there are numerous other accommodations available in the Charlottesville area! If you choose to not to take advantage of the hotel blocks, we would recommend hotels in the downtown area. See hotel block information on the "Travel" page.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at both the ceremony and reception locations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is no transportation to the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes! Following the ceremony, transportation will be provided from the three hotels to our reception at Water's Edge. Please indicate on your RSVP if you require transportation.

When and where can I catch the bus?

Answer

Buses depart for the reception at the following times: - Fairfield, departure at 4:15pm - Omni, departure at 4:30pm - Courtyard, departure at 4:30pm Please arrive 10 minutes before departure to ensure your seat on the bus.

Is there an early bus home?

Answer

Yes! An early bus departs at 8:30pm. Otherwise, buses will drop off at all hotels after the celebration ends at 10pm!
