We're getting married!

When Megan heard the question above from Joseph, she was weary of the stranger who approached her at the end of Georgetown's NYE party, but spoke to him anyway. As the two were outside of Tony & Joe's on the waterfront, Megan said, "Your name is Joe? Your friend must be Tony!" "No," replied Joseph. "It's Joe, as in Joseph." Megan, ready and armed with her Catholic nerdiness responded, "Oh, as in the adoptive father of Jesus!" "Yes, exactly!" was Joseph's reply. Megan did her best to keep this stranger at arm's length, but as she began breaking down her walls and letting him in, she found that the two had far more in common (faith, friends, hobbies, etc.) than she anticipated. Both Megan and Joseph continued to grow together during quarantine, job changes, and moves, helping them to know that their bond is something special, trusting that God brought them together that New Years night just a short while ago.
