Once upon a time, in the year 2012, and guy and a girl both applied for the same apartment. It was a very competitive housing market at the time, and so the girl was immediately denied, and moved into a small unit near-by. The guy was accepted, moved in, and began education at the Academy of Art University. One year later, in 2013, the very same guy and girl happened to enroll in the same class, at the same University. Immediately intrigued by one another they began to go on tiny coffee dates during the 15 minute breaks they had during their one class together. Fast forward a couple months and it was finally time for the guy to bring the girl home to see his place. Upon stepping into the guys apartment, the salmon pink carpet and odd 70's era lighting fixtures gave a peculiar twinge of familiarity, when it suddenly dawned on her that she HAD in fact been here before: one year previously when she had also applied for this EXACT apartment!!! Long story short, they fell madly in love, she moved in, and now live happily knowing they BOTH got the apartment after all. But most importantly... they got each other.
