Jessica and Ethan met in October 2022 through a dating app; at the time, they were attending the University of Florida, with Jessica in law school and Ethan studying to become a doctor of physical therapy. From the moment they saw each other on their first date at Crane Ramen (a former Gainesville staple), they both had a feeling it was the start of something that would last forever. The pair made their relationship official in January 2023. Over the course of their relationship, Ethan and Jessica have supported each other in their professional careers as a physical therapist and an attorney, and they’ve made many special memories together in Gainesville, Orlando, and Tallahassee. On August 31, 2025, Ethan asked Jessica to marry him at Kanapaha Gardens. The couple is so excited to have their wedding in Georgia, as they have family ties to the area and have a shared love of nature and the mountains. They cannot wait to become husband and wife!
