Flight
Kauai's main airport is LIHUE AIRPORT (LIH) - Princeville/Kilauea is a beautiful 45 to 60 minute drive from the airport.
Rental Car
Uber, taxis and shuttles are available from the airport. However, once in Princeville there are very few ground transportation options. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting a car for grocery shopping, driving to dinner, the ceremony, and being able to explore the island. You can pick up a rental vehicle directly at Lihue Airport.
House Or Rental
Our wedding and most activities will be held on the North Shore. There is a large selection of condo's, apartments, and house rentals on Airbnb and VRBO in the Princeville area.
Travel Note
The North Shore is beautifully green because it gets more passing tropical showers than the rest of the island. We recommend packing a light rain jacket and being prepared for quick, beautiful passing rainbows!
