A casual breakfast with pastries, fruit, and coffee to welcome everyone to Kauai and kick off our wedding celebration! It will be a short Aloha with a beach day to follow.
12:30 pm
Come cruise beach day! Bring your preferred snacks/drinks and hang out for the day. We will be playing beach games and enjoying our time in the sun. It's not mandatory to be there all day, so feel free to hang out as long as you would like. The beach we go to will be weather dependent, so stay tuned!
9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Attire: Swimwear and hiking/water shoes (may be muddy)
Ladies, join Sarah for stand up paddle boarding down the Wailua River to Secret Falls. The start of the river is on the west side of the island so plan on meeting at 9 am to carpool (meeting point TBD). This activity is optional so please RSVP by Monday, November 9th, on the RSVP page, if you plan on coming. Once there, they will help us load the paddle boards (or kayaks) onto our cars and we will drive a short distance to the river. Once we are ready to go we will paddle downstream to Secret Falls, where we can hike, swim, and bask in the cascade.

Attire: Shorts and T-shirts
The rum safari canceled our booking due to hurricane clean up :(. As an alternative, we will be doing a beach bbq for lunch and spike ball tournament! We will do teams of 2 and winning team will receive a prize. If you don’t want to play you are more than welcome to just come hang out on the beach!
6:00 pm
Casual Attire
We will be hosting a casual 'night before' dinner with food catered from a local restaurant, buffet style. Local Kalua pork, fried chicken, shrimp, and some other small bites. We will also have beer and wine.
4:00 pm
Attire: Semi-formal or dressy casual. Solid, soft colors. Please, no florals, stripes, polka dots or patterns. Tie and suit jacket optional.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm. Please arrive by 3:30 pm to ensure you are on time. We will be taking pictures after the ceremony! There is always a chance of rain in Kauai so please be prepared if it starts to sprinkle. There will be umbrellas provided by the venue. FYI: If the ceremony begins before you arrive you will not be let in and will miss the ceremony.
5:00 pm
Cocktail hour begins at 5 pm while Sarah and Payton finish taking pictures. They will be arriving around 6 pm and then dinner orders will begin at 6:30 pm. The set dinner menu will include a salad appetizer, an entree choice of chicken, beef, fish, or vegetarian and then save room for dessert! There will also be gluten free options. Dinner will be followed by a final send off :)
